Refunds & Returns Policy

Order Cancellation

All orders can be canceled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be canceled.

Your doll is custom made just for you at our factory, with the specific doll options that you have chosen. Because your sex doll is a custom product created just for you, once production of your doll has begun your order may not be canceled for unless valuable reason.


Refunds

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:

  1. you do not receive them within the guaranteed time (45 days not including 2-5 day processing)
  2. you receive the wrong item
  3. you do not want the product you have received (but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused)

We do not issue the refund if:

  1. your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
  2. your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page.

Undeliverable Orders

Please take care in providing your shipping information. What you provide is exactly how your shipping label will be printed. Orders returned to us as undeliverable will result in a 20% processing fee and no shipping refund will be issued. Click Here to Contact Customer Service.

WARNING: Sex toy laws dictate that we cannot accept the return of a doll that has been used. So please note that as soon as you have sex with the doll, returning her for any reason is no longer possible. A returned doll will undergo oral, vaginal, and anal inspection and testing for sexual fluids. If you have returned a doll that tests positive for sexual fluids, the doll will be destroyed and you will NOT receive a refund.

Unfortunately, Items that are damaged through improper use are not eligible for return or refund, regardless of the duration of time the product was used. Sex dolls are not indestructible. Care and common sense must be exercised during use and handling. 


To the customer

  1. Due to the nature of this product, it is not possible for us to provide an exchange or refund as there are multiple concerns such as hygiene. Please understand that this is the normal practice within the sex dolls industry.
  2. If your product or any part is damaged during the shipment process and the box has visible damages PLEASE DO NOT SIGN FOR THE PACKAGE and you should open a complaint with the shipment carrier as that probably happened during the shipment. After that, please report to us so we can also escalate it. Cardboard boxes and even Flight Cases might get scratches or get broken during the shipment as most products are heavy. Please report to the shipping company if you see visible issues on the box.
  3. If the product has any issues, please send photos to us and we will assess the issue in order to provide a solution, it will depend on the nature of the incident. If the problem was caused by us or our manufacturers we will take care of it.
  4. We believe all our products are of high quality and our sex doll manufacturing partners have all been carefully screened to ensure that they can comply with the high standards we have come to expect. If you have any complaints or dissatisfaction please feel free to contact us so we can do our utmost to provide any suggestions or tips that may be able to resolve the issue. We appreciate any feedback as well as it can help us work with our manufacturers to avoid a repeat of these issues in the future.
